Majella McLaughlin
Majella graduated from Manchester Metropolitan in 2010 with a BSc (Hons) in Speech and language pathology.
Her main passion is working with families giving them knowledge and tools around areas of speech, language, and communication.
Since graduating Majella has worked in Jersey, Channel Islands within family centres and schools educating families and staff around early intervention and strategies to implement the best possible outcomes in the areas of speech and language. She continued her career in Australia Perth as a speech and language therapist delivering professional development to teachers within mainstream school.
Majella currently works within local nurseries and schools carrying out assessments and delivering language programmes. She also offers 1:1 therapy within a clinic setting and support at home when necessary.
She works with children with a range of needs including DLD, language delay, speech sound disorder and autism.
Currently a member of ASLTIP, RCSLT and HCPC REGISTERED.
